Volunteering Opportunities in Surrey
 There is no greater way to give back to your community than through volunteerism.  Below are resources, both locally and provincially, which will provide the information you need to help those residents who need it.

Surrey Community Services Society - local volunteer centre.

Volweb (opportunities across the B.C.) - connects volunteers seeking short-term volunteer opportunities at events.

City of Surrey - various opportunities including the Adopt-A-Street Program and community-schools.

Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver / Big Sisters of B.C. Lower Mainland - Spend a few hours a week with a boy or girl aged 7-12 for activities or just to hang out.

Surrey Public Library 
Surrey Food Bank - needs volunteers who have the desire to work and provide services to our clients, including drivers, hamper assembly and office assistant.
